Do you charge for quotes?+
No. We come out, look at the job, and give you a proper price in writing — no charge and no obligation.
How quickly can you start?+
It depends on the job and the time of year. Get in touch and we'll be straight with you about timing.
Do I need to arrange separate electricians and plumbers?+
No. We coordinate the lot — Gas Safe plumbers and qualified electricians included. One contact, one team.
Are you insured, and is the work certified?+
Yes. We're insured, and gas and electrical work is carried out by certified trades and signed off.
What areas do you cover?+
Canary Wharf, Greenwich, Blackheath, Bermondsey, Wapping and most of East & South-East London — more than 20 areas in all. Ask us about anywhere else.
Can you help with design as well as the build?+
Yes. We can help plan layouts, finishes and materials, or work to a design you already have.
What happens if something isn't right after the job?+
That's what the guarantee is for. For twelve months after completion we come back and put it right, free of charge.
