Privacy notice.

This explains what personal information we collect when you get in touch, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

AG Signature Renovation is a home renovation and refurbishment business operating across East & South-East London, run by Agostin Gjoni. We are the “data controller” for the information described here. You can reach us on 07787 269122 or at [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote for and carry out work:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your property address and access details
• Photos, plans or messages you send us about the job
• Notes, quotes, invoices and payment records relating to your project

How we collect it

Directly from you — when you call us, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or talk to us at your property. This website has no contact form and does not collect anything automatically: we set no tracking or advertising cookies and run no analytics on it.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To prepare a quote and answer your enquiry — steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To carry out the work — performance of our contract with you.
• To honour the guarantee and handle any issues — our legitimate interest in standing behind our work.
• To keep accounting and tax records — a legal obligation.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell or rent them to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to do the job: the trades working on your project (for example a Gas Safe plumber or a qualified electrician), suppliers delivering materials to your address, and our accountant. Everyone we work with is expected to keep your information confidential. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within about 12 months. Where we carry out work, we keep project records for 6 years after completion, which covers the guarantee period, tax requirements and any later query about the work.

Where it is stored

On our phones, email and business accounts, protected by passcodes and account security. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit. Our systems are UK/EU based; where a provider stores data outside the UK, they do so under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it, where we no longer need it
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Transfer it to someone else

Just ask — there is no charge, and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled things you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. Nothing you do here is profiled or shared with third parties.

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date above.
